AJUSTE DE SERVOS Y TRANSMISIONES

Cuantas veces hemos renegado para ajustar los recorridos de los servos de nuestros modelos?
Aquí les presento unas = técnicas para que nos sea mas= fácil la tarea y porque no mu= cho mas rápida...
Para ajustar correctamente el desplazamiento de las superficies móvi= les de nuestro modelo les propongo una serie de consideraciones:

Una vez colocados = los servos y las transmisiones y antes de co= nectar unos con otras, conectamos la emisora y damos corriente al receptor, por ese orden. Los mandos de la emisora, salvo el del acelerador que lo veremos después, deben estar en su posición neutra así como lo= s trims. Compr= obaremos que el sentido del desplazamiento sea el conveniente, en caso contrario podríamos corregirlo con los inversores de los servos. Si el brazo del servo no queda c= omo en la figura 1 soltamos el tornillo que lo sujeta= , lo extraemos del piñón y lo giramos hasta conseguir la posici&oa= cute;n adecuada volviéndolo a colocar y atornillar. Las superficies móviles (elevador, timón, etc.) sobre las que actúan también deben estar en posición neutra. Para comprobarlo nos podemos ayudar de una regla como indica la fig. 1.

En la figura 2 vemos el modo de conseguir más o menos cantidad de desplazamiento, y por tanto de mando. Cuanto más cerca del eje de gi= ro del servo y/o lejos del eje de la escuadra de mando conectemos la transmisión menor será el desplazamiento. Si actuamos a la inversa conseguiremos un desplazamiento mayor. Combinando ambos conseguirem= os el deseado.

Para ajustar el se= rvo del motor procuraremos que con el mando del gas de la emisora, y el trim correspondiente, en sus posiciones más altas la entrada de aire del carburador esté por completo abierta y que al bajar la palanca, sin = tocar el trim, quede una abertura de 1 o 2 <= span class=3DSpellE>mm., según motor, suficiente para mantener el ralentí. El recorrido que hemos reservado para el tr= im debe, a partir de la posición de r= alentí, poder cerrar por completo la entrada de aire y parar el motor.

Debemos evitar que= en los extremos del desplazamiento del brazo del servo, por cortedad de la transmisión, por ejemplo, quede forzado. Esto lo podríamos apreciar por una vibración en el servo. En esas circunstancias el consumo de baterías y el desgaste del servo se disparan.<= /span>
